At Keela Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
